Ring of Phire

Lame title? I don't know, it's kind of catchy.

This is my late submission to celebrate my 100th pageview! Yea! This is actually a commission for the grandson of a friend. I'm not sure I'm finished with it or not. I think it deserves so much more. Some of my ideas came from 's foxfire tutorial. (I hope the link works) They aren't actually the exact techniques she used, but it gave me a lot of ideas. Check out her stuff! It is soooo much better than mine.

This is my idea of a phoenix. Ever since I was, like, twelve years old, my phoenixes have had crest feathers. So... no, this is not faux. I'm not sure what his name is. ^_^;
